Anup Misra has 30 years of multifamily and senior housing development, acquisition, redevelopment, disposition, design and construction experience with public REITs, private equity funds, and private developers at national and regional levels. In his career, Anup has acquired, developed, redeveloped and repositioned over 17,500 apartment units in the northeast, mid-Atlantic and the Central Plains with a transaction value of over $4.5 Billion.

Prior to co-founding East & Hudson Real Estate, LLC, Anup has had a very successful career in multifamily and mixed use development. He was a Senior Vice President with Wood Partners where he was instrumental in setting up Wood’s NY/NJ/CT operations. Prior to Wood, Anup was the Director of Development with Atria Senior Living, responsible for the tristate region. At Atherton Newport Investments, Anup was responsible for all acquisitions and development on the east coast. Preceding this, Anup worked with Archstone-Smith, a national REIT as its Vice President of Development for the NY/NJ/CT markets. Prior to Archstone, Anup was the northeast development leader (Vice President) for AIMCO, a top public REIT where he managed the repositioning of existing multifamily assets to Class A profit-centers. At Hines he was a project manager with the Finance Group.

Anup is also a licensed architect having started two consulting firms in Westchester County and Manhattan. He is also a speaker at ULI and various public forums on topics ranging from the state of the market to millennial housings.

Anup earned an MBA in Finance and Strategy from Columbia University, and a Masters in Architecture from Kansas State University.

Stanley Conway is a 12-year experienced real estate broker and consultant with deep knowledge and experience in the sale and financing of all asset types.

Having completed over $300 Million in complex real estate transactions. Skills include: large-scale development site, selling property held within an estate, properties held within a “C” Corp, landmarked properties, selling environmental polluted site under little ‘e’ designation, Zoning Enlargement Lot Development Agreements (ZLDA) and arranging construction loans, bridge loans and refinancing.

He has a unique knowledge about the real estate market in the five boroughs having sold or financed real estate in each one.

Prior to co-founding East & Hudson, Stanley founded Conway Towne and was a Vice President at Helmsley-Spear and Managing Director at Coldwell Banker Commercial.

Stanley is a graduate of Rutgers University
